What data do we collect?

The entrepreneur collects the following data:

You directly provide the entrepreneur with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our forms  or via email.

How do we store your data?

The entrepreneur securely stores your data at data processing facilities provided by TransIP (www.trans-ip.nl).
The entrepreneur will keep your data for 24 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our records.
